This article lacks any kind of organizational structure. Although the content is informative, the case and its impact needs to be explained in depth.

First sentence "Lau v. Nichols, 414 U.S. 563 (1974), was a civil rights case that was brought by Chinese American students living in San Francisco, California who had limited English proficiency" does not provide a clear introduction into the article. Try "...was a civil rights case in which the Supreme Court mandated schools to accommodate for non-native English speakers on the basis of educational equality."

Link the fourteenth amendment to its wiki page.

Really good job presenting the facts in an unbiased manner (something I struggled with), however, you only have one reference? On a Supreme Court case like this, there are probably hundreds of reliable sources at your disposal. Try to use them. Bamioke (talk) 16:35, 2 December 2016 (UTC)B
