Changed second sentence "The group was incorporated in 1997, but traces its roots to 1987, and claims to be the largest such organization in the world." Took out the "claims to be the largest such organization in the world" because couldn't find a citation for it but found a citation for the first section. If a citation is found, please add the sentence back in.
