user label

I just created a user label template for LCA. User labels are for those who prefer not to use userboxes on their user pages. You can get

by including {{WP:KIS/Lambda Chi Alpha}} on your page.

This is all part of the Keep it Simple project.

This user label is being discussed along with the others at Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2013 February 6#Template:User_label. If you want to convert it, see {{user label}} or User:PC-XT/KIS. PC-XT (talk) 08:39, 13 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
The result of the discussion was move. I converted the label for you while I was moving it, and Plastikspork kindly edited the above to make it current. PC-XT (talk) 06:16, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

External links modified

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Lambda Chi Alpha. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

This message was posted before February 2018. After February 2018, "External links modified" talk page sections are no longer generated or monitored by InternetArchiveBot. No special action is required regarding these talk page notices, other than regular verification using the archive tool instructions below. Editors have permission to delete these "External links modified" talk page sections if they want to de-clutter talk pages, but see the RfC before doing mass systematic removals. This message is updated dynamically through the template {{source check}} (last update: 18 January 2022).

  • If you have discovered URLs which were erroneously considered dead by the bot, you can report them with this tool.
  • If you found an error with any archives or the URLs themselves, you can fix them with this tool.

Fraternity education, hazing policy and controversies

I don't think that the controversies at Nevada, Vanderbilt, East Tennessee, Sam Houston State, Tennessee, SMU, and Butler should be in this article as they only had campus or local coverage.Gooseneck41 17:54, September 2017 (UTC)

Chapter list lock-out?

I'm attempting to verify information and possibly fix vandalism of the Lambda Chi Alpha article. However, unlike any other fraternity I know of, this particular national website does not allow readers to view where the Fraternity has chapters. It's both frustrating and unnecessarily secretive. I do NOT want to establish a portal log in - I track and edit some 2,000 Greek pages and am not interested in getting on another marketing list. Is this an error? Is this by design? Oops. Meant Lambda Chi Alpha. Chapter list is protected, and it's not caused by my pop-up blocker. Jax MN (talk) 20:26, 23 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
