George Douglas and Diane Ker ...

Is his full name George Douglas Ker? Could be made more explicit.

The citation Diane Ker et ux. is surprising, as uxor means 'wife'! —Tamfang (talk) 00:44, 17 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

5-4 or 9-0

In this case 4 justices were concurent/dissent to the majority's opinion and it is written that The case was decided on June 10, 1963, by a vote of 5-4.(not 9-0). So, we consider that concurent/dissent is an against vote. I am agree with it. But I have a reasonable question: why in Lawrence v. Texas we see such a statement: In the 6–3 ruling, the Court struck down the sodomy law in Texas and.... In Lawrence O'Connor was concurent/dissent, so it must be 5-4, and not 6-3. Where is a mistake, in this article or in Lawrence?? Do we consider a concurent/dissent like favor vote or against vote to the majority's opinion?? 217.76.1.22 (talk) 13:27, 17 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
