Removed Notoriety Template

Joseph O'Neill's lates book Netherland is featured on the cover of the Sunday New York Times Book Review for May 18th, 2008, which I think makes it sort of obvious that he is notable enough to warrant his own article. The author was also the subject of an article in the New York Times which might be of use to fill out his biography. See http://www.nytimes.com/2008/05/17/books/17cric.html?ref=review. Author editing this article

It appears the subject of this article has also been editing it. I think there is a talk page template for it but I don't know what it is. Anyway, I've removed all the commercial book seller links that were added, I assume good faith the author doesn't know wikipedies rules about linking to commercial book sellers like Amazon, they have been removed and replaced with Wikilinks ([[]]). Bibliography

I have commenced a tidy-up of the Bibliography section using cite templates and tables for short stories, poems and/or book reviews. Capitalization and punctuation follow standard cataloguing rules in AACR2 and RDA, as much as Wikipedia templates allow it. ISBNs and other persistent identifiers, where available, are commented out, but still available for reference. This is a work in progress; feel free to continue.
