Title

I have moved this article from John MacDougall (Scottish politician) to John MacDougall (UK politician). The reason for this is consensus on another page that 'UK politician' should be used as a descriptor for national MPs, and 'Scottish politician' for Members of the Scottish Parliament. (See: Talk:David Marshall (UK politician).) While he was of course both British and Scottish, John MacDougall was a member of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, which seems the most important factor here.
