Please note that the original creator of this article, back in 1 March 2009, was probably the very creative Mr Colting himself (as non-existing user Milliondollarhotel), because who else knew anything about the book and its author then, more than two months before the book's release? He even gave him a birth date! That's what we get when allowing anonymous users to create new articles... Thomas Blomberg (talk) 17:04, 19 June 2009 (UTC)
