Use photos from Discovery HD event?

Is it possible to get some pictures from that HD event on Discovery, I think it was "Planet Earth" or something like that, they had a segment on these with some amazing pics.207.5.213.97 (talk) 07:39, 4 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Unless Discovery was willing to release the photos under a free license, they could not be used per the non-free use policy. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WikiProject Japan! 17:50, 5 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Added info

Hello, my login is bearherd and I edited the life cycle segment, added the reproduction segment and placed some referenced information into the Behavior & Status segments. My reference is the third one listed. I obtained the information from "The encyclopedia of Reptiles and Amphibians". —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bearherd (talkcontribs) 21:39, 21 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Kyoto aquarium giant salamanders

In the article, there are photos of the giant salamanders in the Kyoto Aquarium. Unfortunately, they are hybrids between the Japanese and the Chinese giant salamanders and are not pure Japanese giant salamanders. Thus, I suggest that those photos should be replaced with those with Japanese giant salamanders. There is one pure Japanese giant salamander in the aquarium that is displayed in a separate smaller tank.Salamandra2021 (talk) 17:45, 9 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
