June, 2015 revision

I am planning additions using recently compiled coverage in print, television and internet. I put in a request at the artist's website for a new art sample to use in this wiki. No response yet, so I'll put in the request here as well! Mr. Mylne: Is there at least one recent work of art you'd be willing to provide to insert on this wiki page? Hi - yes please use newer work. That would be great. 2 files here I uploaded to wikimedia, thanks:

File:Audrey Art Conned.jpg
Hand drawn & painted artwork by James Mylne.Ballpoint pen and paint on paper. 95x65cm
File:JRM Desktop 7.jpg

Image upload assistance?

I believe Mr. Mylne may have had an uploaded file deleted by mistake because of Commons administrators mistaking it as copyright-infringing. The image in question, I happen to know, pictures Audrey Hepburn from Breakfast at Tiffany's, BUT: I believe Mylne's usage of the image constitutes a "NEW" image with rights of its own, thereby giving Mylne the right to upload it as his own work on Commons.

Any editors paying attention who have any knowledge to share about how to deal with this? I limit my image-uploading activity here, so my knowledge is also limited. But I think it would benefit the article to have one more image, and one of those Anti Con Art pieces would be nice. HELP please! Penwatchdog (talk) 05:22, 22 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
