Ainsley accusations

According to the article in the Daily Cal the University is investigating the issue. Adding this type of potentially damaging information to a living person's page while investigation is ongoing seems premature and harmful. See WP:BLPCRIME

Court documents

Court documents now provide an official record [1]. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Plector2 (talkcontribs) 20:13, 27 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

An appeal and UC review are still pending. See WP:BLPCRIME and WP:BLP. Plector (talk) 20:18, 27 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
What is your (non-primary) source for that? Plector2 (talk) 20:45, 27 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
In which way is the fact that an appeal and review are pending (assuming this is the case) relevant? Should Wikipedia only post information about convictions and court rulings when all appeals have been exhausted? This does not seem to be followed consistently at all. I propose we add a reference to the court documents in the page; if Plector has a source to say that an appeal is pending, they can add that too. 142.188.84.178 (talk) 20:25, 16 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
