I've removed this:
- As the Department Of Defence failed to provide the necessary funding to purchase hearing protection for members of the Defence Forces, none of the officers that had supervised the exercises could be censured for failing to abide by the regulations.
It seems to be POV (against both the department and the officers) and it was unsourced. jnestorius(talk) 14:48, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
