Under the plot section, in paragraph 3, in the second last sentence is the following text:
"They return to the Endurance after only one hour in their perspective, yet 23 years have passed due to the time dilation caused by Gargantua's gravity."
This is incorrect. Gargantua's time dilation is 7 Earth years per hour on Gargantua. 23 years have passed in Earth time, but just over three hours have passed from their perspective (time on Gargantua = 23 Earth years * 1 Gargantua hour / 7 Earth years == 3.28 Gargantua hours).
Therefore, the corrected text should be: "They return to the Endurance after just over three hours in their perspective, yet 23 years have passed due to the time dilation caused by Gargantua's gravity." Lbilbie (talk) 03:05, 2 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

"One of the best sci-fi movies ever made" was removed.
Main reasoning was behind "cult following" but conclusion about "one of the best sci-fi ever made" should back. That's true and here are some references to that.
The above is very unclear to me. Please try to explain your point in simple English. HiLo48 (talk) 01:57, 21 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Interstellar is a movie that regularly appears on "best sci-fi movies of all time" and not on 20th or 30th places, but in top 10, 5, or even 3.
Few months ago it was acknowledged in the text, but was removed due to the mistake of "cult following". 109.173.222.27 (talk) 10:37, 21 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Per MOS:ACCLAIMED, please provide multiple reliable sources that support that claim. InfiniteNexus (talk) 17:32, 29 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hello.
Multiple sources of that.
Please, correct that and return "considered to be one of the best sci-fi movies ever made
Based on the map at 21:59 it matches with topographical map at 40°54'26.3"N 105°48'46.3"W. The name of Bull Mountain is visible on the map, and several other features of the map match this location. Noodleclaus (talk) 22:23, 18 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
