Needs Complete Overhaul
I propose that the article needs a complete overhaul. The term "individual rights advocate" doesn't solely apply to the handicapped. Most of the article is about disability rights advocacy, with the last line being about individual rights in general (with sources that talk about gay marriage and affirmative action). Frankly, I think some of this information could be merged into the article for "Individual Rights", with the rest deleted. Thoughts?
