Feedback from New Page Review process

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: I marked as reviewed because IMO the topic is wp:notable and there is a lot of good content and sources in it. But this article needs a large amount of work. There is no lead, which should be a summary of the article. What's in the lead is not that. And the article need to be mostly explanatory prose which this articles isn't. Thanks for your work, happy editing!
