Actually, there is lack of evidence that "Hematopoietic stem cells ... diminish in their self-renewal capacity"

Vaccination

Wikipedia says: "It involves both the host’s capacity to respond to infections and the development of long-term immune memory, especially by vaccination".

Perhaps this can be solved be using a bigger dose of vaccine, or taking several doses of vaccine, separated by for example 1 month?
