Since this plant/herb is a relative of Yerba mate is it carcinogenic like Yerba mate apparently is? The carcinogenic compounds in yerba mate likely come from the drying process which use smoke from the burning of wood. In contrast, ilex guayusa is dried without burning wood, as dryers are used.[1] Thus, it is unlikely that guayusa is carcinogenic like mate.

The Commercialization section reads like a private company's product promotion.
