differences / compatibility to ISO-8859-2, -3 and -9

It is not compatible to -3 and -9. It does not support South-europe languages, just southern parts of east-europe languages and French, Italian and Irish. PiotrGrochowski000 (talk) 07:54, 6 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
