An initial for a first name is extremely rare, but Isis (journal), volume 100 quotes Cohen that indeed he has only an initial for first name. Much more common is a middle initial standing in for a middle name. — Rgdboer (talk) 23:15, 6 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
