Did some changes in TV section concerning "House M.D." The result of 13's test for Huntington's is a big spoiler and there's no warning here, so I reformulated the sentences hiding this spoiler.

Why is this not included with the Huntington's disease page? Does it really need its own page? comment added by Jowan2005 (talkcontribs) 04:09, 27 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It used to be but attracted a lot of edits and outgrew its usefulness, so to include it we would have to reduce it in size - but then editors would once again start adding extra ones. It seems list are a prime target for not-so usefull information to be added. Moving to a separate page seemed to solve this at the time this is historical, what is best for the article / encyclopedia is the intended result so any fresh eyes n ideas are good. Those old comments remain pertinent. A list is usually not a desirable form for an encyclopedia article: certainly not here, where what is required is an analysis of the ways that the disease has been exploited in film and novel, with reliable secondary sources. The current list barely has primary sources, relying instead on bluelinks without explanation or discussion. The topic deserves much better coverage.
