The dates on this page are all over the place. Production apparently began 1n 1968 but I can't believe it was ten years before first broadcast. Accurate timeline to clean up the contradictions.
Joanne Whalley is missing

Unclear sentence
"When ITV Schools moved to Channel 4 and S4C in the Autumn of 1987, the series was shown in the main schools." Not sure if the sentence was cut-off, but it doesn't make much sense. - Dudesleeper / Talk 23:58, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
