There is a word "squamous" missing in the first sentence. Replace "usual" with "usual squamous" or just "squamous".

The need for "the need for HEV"

The first paragraph of this article's body is headed "The need for HEV." But the paragraph does not explain the need for HEV. In fact, they are not even mentioned.
