Could some one who knows more than I add to this article information about the problems that the Hepburn Act was designed to remedy? TIA. v —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.115.30.163 (talk) 21:43, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
Improvement
This Wikipedia article is not inaccurate but it is very incomplete. A much better description is pages 52-59, "A History of the ICC, From Panacea to Palliative," Ari and Olive Hoogenboom, W.W. Norton & Company, 1976. Does anyone care to get a hold of this book and improve the article? Qualicum (talk) 16:32, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
