HPSR as a topic distinct from and with limited overlaps with health/healthcare adminsitration
I see that there was an effort to merge content of this article within health administraiton. HPSR is a distinct field of inquiry with relatively limited overlaps with health/healthcare administraiton. This is in fact the reason for there being separate journals for HPSR (see for example HARPS & HPP , a distinct global/national level professional associations (see HSG for example) and the WHO having a distinct body to advance the scholarship in HPSR - the WHO Alliance for HPSR. Given this, I dont see this entire article becoming a secdtion in health administration. That said, this is a terribly under-written article and needs expansion & improvement.
