Talk:Great Palm Island

two attributions: 16 islands in the Greater Palm group and the Australia Post mentioned in the lede

There is an inconsistency in this article in that a source gives 16 as the number of islands in the Greater Palm group.  But if you count the number of islands in Table 2 and add the two that are in the national park you get a count of 17.  That is why the last edit changed the reference that gave the count of 16 to be an attribution.  I'm leaving this note here so that the attribution is not unknowingly removed.

Similar reasoning exists to mention the Australia Post in the lede in reference to the name of the community. Unscintillating (talk) 04:34, 6 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

These are three different but related topics, being an island, the locality (a group of islands), a local government area which is a subset of the locality. However, all three articles (but particularly the first two) contain material that would seem more appropriate to another. I think they need to be unravelled. Any thoughts?
