Merge discussion.

This section is only part of the International Railway Company, a multi-modal agency that operated buses, streetcars and intercity trams between Buffalo and Niagara Falls or Lockport.

If there is a merge of documents, I'd support it the other way around. The International Railway not only served Buffalo, but the City of Niagara Falls and Lockport.

The "International Railway" is the "International Railway Company". If the issue is the disambiguator "Buffalo", do you have a better suggestion? It needs disambiguation, since there have been multiple things named International Railway. --NE2 04:32, 21 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Could we possibly use "(public transportation)" as a way to disambiguate it? I'm not for a focusing on a finite thing that's only part of the larger company. How (Buffalo) got mentioned in this article when the focus is showing a small service that's not in Buffalo is beyond my understanding.

The article for the NFTA is a good example. Very little is mentioned about the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, Niagara Falls International Airport, and Small Boat Harbor (among other entities). The only reason it was added was by my hand. The NFTA Metro Bus and Rail system is a large part of the NFTA, but not the only reason for its existance.
