Background??

Evrik, when your change is reverted you're supposed to come here and explain why your change was an improvement, not redo it even worse. How is any of this "Background"? How does it help to have essentially the same paragraph on both sides of that nonsensical heading?

When it has more than three paragraphs, then we can worry about structuring them.
