I just happened to stumble into this article and discovered that very few of the presented information is true. To begin with the fact that John did in 1941, instead of 1934, in the ghetto of Lodz, that he was banned from his regular profession due to him being a jew and so on. I suggest someone proficient enough to correct this, there's a fairly good article in the german wikipedia.
