Move and edit

Yesterday, I made a large edit to the article and moved it from "Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution" to its current title, Fugitive Felon Act. My reasoning for the move is as follows:

1. The article was about the law prohibiting unlawful flight and not the act of unlawfully fleeing even before the edit.
2. The actual subject of unlawful flight is covered under Fugitive.
3. The precise charge of "unlawful flight to avoid prosecution" is not notable enough on its own without describing the law surrounding it. Its precise legal meaning would be better covered in an article about the law criminalizing it.
