Note on FreeMarker comments syntax
Even though FreeMarker comments (<#-- ... -->) may look like badly-typed HTML comments (<!-- ... -->), they are very different. FreeMarker comments are ignored and discarded by the FreeMarker template processor, while all other text such as HTML comments will be processed normally.
Possible plagiarism

syntax mistake
Shouldn't the < P > be closed with < / P > in the examples?
