Latremouille meets the basic standard, as well as the 'Any Biography' and 'Entertainers' standard. Per The Globe and Mail (Canada's newspaper of record), 'Broadcaster Fred Latremouille was a staple of Vancouver airwaves'.

I've fleshed out the article and added some references.

It would be nice if the creator of the article didn't remove the PROD tag himself. Also, I still adhere to the belief that 'subject of article doesn't fulfill Wikipedia's notability standards' as there isn't enough attention about him for him to have his own article.
