Talk:Fludiazepam

I have no sources to prove it but my gut feeling is the dosage is wrong.

a) 1,4 benzodiazepines stronger than 1mg ~ 10mg diazepam

b) the replacing the r2' hydrogen with chlorine or fluorine and the r7 Chlorine with a nitro group or bromine and the n-1 hydrogen with a methyl group tends to give the strongest compounds but even these are only about 10x the potency of diazepam (flunitrazepam, n-methyl clonazepam, n-methyl phenazepam)

c) this one claims to be 40x as strong as diazepam which would make it one of the strongest benzodiazepines (which are all triazolobenzodiazepines)

d) norflurazepam (or n-desmethylfludiazepam) is available on the grey market and is only around 2x the potency of diazepam

e) I would guess fludiazepam is about 2.5mg ~ 10mg diazepam

f) does anyone have any other sources confirming that 0.25mg ~ 10mg diazepam? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:EE2:600:900:4906:E8D4:8B47:F397 (talk) 00:11, 23 March 2016 (UTC) 2A00:EE2:600:900:4906:E8D4:8B47:F397 (talk) 00:16, 23 March 2016 (UTC) benzo expert 2A00:EE2:600:900:4906:E8D4:8B47:F397 (talk) 00:16, 23 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
