References in Shakespeare
I have found references to the five wits in "Much Ado about Nothing", "Paradise Lost", "Malleus Maleficarum", and others. please, post any and all references you can find.
Please expand
The concept of "The Five Wits" is an old one, references can be found in Shakespeare and Chaucer's works among other classics. This would be a topic worthy of expansion, I only wish I had the expertise to do so. Just a Google search of the term should be enough to convince anyone of the potential for this article. -- Atamachat 23:36, 5 June 2009 (UTC)
- On the subject of expanding, apparently The Discarded Image is also a source. Dranorter (talk) 07:19, 9 January 2017 (UTC)
