I think there is a distinction to be made between the software type of solution (i.e. France and Portugal) and the Service based type of solution (i.e. Slovenia and Croatia)
Norway, Spain and Belgium should be added to the list of Fiscal Countries as well as others especially in Latin America. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.99.223.101 (talk) 15:14, 17 November 2023 (UTC)
