Flags + template

I can see why the template is necessary (because the use of the same table on multiple pages). For the flags the city is representing the host nation and thus the flag is needed to show which country is hosting. Sportsfan 1234 (talk) 03:31, 24 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Flag of Ireland

A user changed the country code for Ireland (IRL → IRE) so that the flag representing "All-Ireland" () would be visible, I changed the country code back (IRE → IRL), so the Republic of Ireland flag is visible because it is the flag and country code IOC uses for Ireland.
