Ballet Mechanique

Ballet Mechanique desperately needed to be added. To look at Leger's work and not include his films would be very uninformed. For anyone who hasn't seen it, I highly reccomend you look in the media collection of your local library, it's great. Vanessa kelly 15:17, 17 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"Still Life with Chandeliers" stolen

Painting by this artist has been stolen. Perhaps it should be added somewhere or the painting article itself should be created?Calaka (talk) 13:21, 20 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fernand Léger, Académie Julian

Hello User:Coldcreation, there is a request to provide as much ref as possible on the Académie Julian' page concerning notable faculty and students, , I added the ref: [1] on the artist page so as to partially satisfy that request (to verify)--DDupard (talk) 11:18, 4 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The reference I removed was global.britannica.com (not fernand-leger.com), which is entirely irrelevant here. That website shows only 100 of 1,106 words of the Léger bio. To see the rest a fee is required. Nothing is mentioned of Académie Julian, nor that his father raised cattle (see your placement of the ref). Coldcreation (talk) 11:34, 4 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
DDupard, I've just added a reliable source for the artists attendance at Académie Julian. Coldcreation (talk) 13:19, 4 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, Coldcreation, thanks a million, is it this one? [2]? Thanks again.--DDupard (talk) 13:24, 4 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
That's the one!!! Coldcreation (talk) 13:48, 4 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
