A fact from Feodorovskaya Icon of the Mother of God appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 8 September 2006. The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that several years prior to the downfall and execution of the Romanov dynasty, the image of God's Mother disappeared from their patron Fyodorovskaya icon (pictured)?

Theotokos Fyodorovskaya → Feodorovskaya Icon of the Mother of God – This is the actual name of the icon and gives a much more description title to the articles. And it's not "Fyodorovskaya" but "Feodorovskaya". These are two separate names. It's correct in the template (protected icons template) but someone changed the article.
