Is this encyclopedic?
It's unclear if this is actually a widely used statistical plot. From searching, it looks like the pioneer of this method is Wolfram Fischer, and that person is the only one who has published about using fan charts. In fact, this is confusing because there is another kind of uncertainty chart that is also called a fan chart. ChunyangD (talk) 22:16, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
