Shah Rukh Khan took two days out of his busy schedule to fly down to LA for his digital 3D face scanning for 'FAN'.


Mumbai: While Shah Rukh Khan was in the USA to promote his latest film, he took two days out of his busy schedule to fly down to Los Angeles for his digital 3D face scanning for YRF’s upcoming film ‘FAN’.


Shah Rukh Khan who had his release last Friday is all set to get working on his next year release, 'FAN'. The film which is being produced by YRF has completed its first schedule at the studios.


It has created a lot of curiosity and excitement. Before getting into the second schedule the actor had to get a face scanning done for the special effects. SRK will be seen in a very different avatar.


A lot of international technology is being used for ‘FAN’ and the makers are keeping a low key on the project.


Kay Arutyunyan, Producer at CounterPunch Studios in LA says, “Shahrukh Khan was extremely inspiring. Our team had the pleasure to get to meet and work with Mr. Khan when he travelled to Los Angeles for a high fidelity 3D scanning session for his upcoming film. We have worked with many actors in scanning, including several Bollywood mega stars and are constantly surprised by the work ethic and down to earth personalities of such high profile artists."

Soundtrack

The soundtrack is composed by ((salim and sulaiman)) and the lyrics were penned by Gulzar. Singer Kumar Sanu will be singing three songs for the film which are duets and solo with Lata Mangeshkar and Shreya Ghoshal.

Casting

According to Shah Rukh Khan, the actor publicly stated that he will credit his leading lady first. But the edits on Dilwale page were reverted as Khan casted Kajol after Him and in "Chennai Express" and 'Happy New Year" Deepika was casted before Khan. Prior issues heading up, Dharmadhyaksha reverted the claim, stating 2013 ref cant state anything of 2015!. Now as per recent edit on this page by Cyphoidbomb, If refs of 2013 are useful, so is it better to keep Waluscha's & Shriya's name before Khan? SuperHero ● 👊 ● ★ 06:24, 1 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Pathak.ab - There's no indication as of this version of the article that the subject, Shriya Pilgaonkar, meets our notability criteria for actors. Article subjects have to be notable per Wikipedia's community standards in order for there to be articles about them. Otherwise everybody under the sun would create articles about themselves. Cast order

Hi Krimuk90, DMacks was clearly editing in good faith when he made this edit because the content is flagged with a reference. That said, Shahrukh Khan doesn't run Wikipedia, so our established guidelines for ordering cast should be observed. That would be Template:Infobox film for the infobox and WP:FILMCAST. And of course if the poster's billing block or on-screen credits list the female lead first, then by all means we should amend our content. Thanks. I have no horse in this race and don't care about Krimuk90's edit-summary failure to WP:AGF. I note that an edit with an almost incoherent edit summary that changes away from an explicitly rationalized (by guidline) can't simply be overlooked. Sure, if you look at the poster of the film, it only lists Khan. It makes no sense to list the supporting female cast ahead of him due to a claim made by him 3 years back. The claim was made during the release of Chennai Express in 2013, and that was the only film in which the female star (Deepika Padukone) was credited before him. Aryan is later scheduled to perform at a billionaire’s wedding. Instead, Gaurav, disguised as Aryan again, arrives and dances with the billionaire’s daughter, eventually misbehaving with her. The billionaire vents his anger towards the real Aryan asking him to leave. This results in a tarnished reputation and fans eventually boycotting his performances around the world. While departing, Aryan spots a "journalist" among a crowd of media. Aryan realizes it's Gaurav and eventually chases after him, but Gaurav escapes. The video of Gaurav misbehaving with the billionaire's daugheter goes viral and fans around the world expresses their hatred toward Aryan. Aryan declares in a press conference that he is being impersonated by someone else and advises the media to watch out for Gaurav as he can hurt anyone.

February 2018 copy edit

King Prithviraj II and interested parties: I've completed copy edit of the article. Here are some notes:

  • played an important role in the film / who had an important role in Fan these statements are telling the reader that something is notable, but not why or for what it is notable. It might be better if these were more specific statements than saying it is "important".
  • In March 2015, Khan was spotted shooting in the Delhi neighbourhood. The citation for this is dated 28 February 2015, so I'm unclear how they know what happened in March 2015. Best check that.
  • Shoot continued in Croatia despite Khan's injury. This could perhaps be more specific, as to the nature of the injury. In the section Release it mentions a delay from injury working on another film; if this is it, perhaps this should be moved up to production or mentioned there (in part)?
