Edit Request - Close paraphrasing

The tag "Close paraphrasing" was placed on this article, however, Earwig's Copyvio Detector says: Violation Unlikely at 16% at for June 14, 2024. Commons words like "Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose" and " National Register of Historic Places" are being picked up as similar to the source. Please remove the tag. How many times do you need to be told that copying and close paraphrasing are not the same thing? The article uses entire paragraphs from the (non neutral) source, maintaining their sentence structure and point of view, with enough words replaced with synonyms to avoid Earwig detection.
