I totally agree. I have a background in engineering, yet still find sentences like "An expeller press is a screw-type machine that presses oil seeds through a caged barrel-like cavity" semi-useless. An animation or some diagrams would help. "Expeller presses can recover 75% of the oil from algae" - even with a citation, I doubt this, considering the vast number of algae species. It would be more correct to say "Expeller presses can recover 75% of the oil from [name of algae]" at which point it becomes uninteresting. I suggest this sentence be removed or replaced with a more accurate example (with citation). Cavonius (talk) 10:10, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
Temperature Units
