Is she not Jewish? Why were my recent changes considered vandalism? The stub itself at the bottom says she is an American Jew.

In Soka Gakkai International it says she is a member. Is that true? I find it hard to believe that she could adhere to an authoritarian cult.--87.162.51.98 20:54, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There's a contradiction between this page and Dylan_McDermott's page. The former says he was adopted when he was 19, the latter 18. Which is correct? Unnyn (talk) 17:24, 27 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If her birthdate and date of marriage are correct, she adopted him when she was 26 and he 18 (or 19?)- or she adopted him three years prior to marrying his father. Whoisthadawg (talk) 03:58, 13 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • There's still a contradiction. Currently it says Ensler was born May 25, 1953, and "In 1978, she married Richard Dylan McDermott, a 34-year-old bartender, who convinced her to enter rehab. When she was 23, she adopted Mark Anthony McDermott, her husband's 16-year-old son from his first marriage." If Ensler married Richard McDermott in 1978, she would have been either 24 or 25 at the time. Thus, adopting Mark (i.e. Dylan McDermott) when she was 23 would still mean adopting him before marrying his father. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 23:28, 24 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Tiktok

This is strange, and my apologies for not knowing the norms and structures here. I just watched V at wisdom 2.0, where she talked a lot about working at, and designing the growth of, Tiktok. I can't find any articles talking about this, and a search did not turn up anything. Her interview at wisdom seemed almost like a commercial for tiktok and apologetics for social media, which was surprising given her stance as an activist. It feels diametrically opposed to the rest of her work, and, given the difficulty of finding information about it, perhaps intentionally hidden or downplayed.
