Skills and Competence

The table currently shown (2010-03-25) shows only the knowledge descriptors at the 8 levels. This is one-sided: in parallel there are descriptors for Skills and Competence. I would propose extending the table to include all three columns, as is evident in the official leaflet and brochure, which have identical texts for these descriptors (references to be included if not already there). Article Rework

I have reworked the article using official information direct from source, i.e. http://ec.europa.eu/education/lifelong-learning-policy/eqf_en.htm. Much of the information has been copy/pasted, but is allowed use in line with the EC policy described http://ec.europa.eu/geninfo/legal_notices_en.htm and http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2011:330:0039:0042:EN:PDF.

This information improves the quality of the article greatly, but since it references the above source so heavily, not sure how to properly reference it - can an editor help here?

Level 7

As per the German Referencing Report (pdf), the German Diplom can either be at level 6 (bachelor's) or level 7 (master's) depending on whether the awarding institute is a university of applied sciences or a university.
