Very interesting to read all the detail that's been put into this page. One thing I couldn't see (and perhaps I've missed it) is how trusts come to an end. They have a document to set them up (usually) but do they need a document to end them? Do they continue even after they've run out of money? Can they be reinstated after they've spent all their money? Can money be put back into a trust after it's been removed? A lot of questions, I know, but it would be interesting to know if trusts simply continue as an entity forever or if they are ended automatically at some point.
