Obsolete term
I'm not a mental health specialist but, AFAIK, the distinction between reactive and endogenous depression is no longer used

- My reading and experience suggests this as well. The term reactive depression now goes to attachment disorder, and it appears that 'endogenous depression' is now just called major depressive disorder. I think this page should be merged with or redirected to major depressive disorder, maybe adding an historical note there about older term. Minerva9 (talk) 14:54, 29 December 2018 (UTC)
Abnormal Sexual Behaviour
This was tagged to Watkins 1994 reference, but there is nothing in the paper about sexual behaviors.

Confusing description: "atypical subclass"
At present in the introduction it states that endogenous depression is an atypical subclass of depression. This should be rephrased or at least clarified, as "[mood disorder] with atypical features" (often referred to as atypical depression) is a thing which actually corresponds more closely to reactive depression.
