State of Article
Everything in this article, from the Infobox to the content makes it look like this article is in a "work-in-progress" state & it has been like this for a few months now. The Infobox in particular looks "incomplete" & I'm wondering why this article has not been touched in a long time. A "work-in-progress" article should not be in the mainspace, in my opinion.
