@Juligafu09: Per Wikipedia consensus, individual programs within a larger educational institution do not merit their own articles unless the program has been the subject of significant independent coverage on their own, independent of the school at which they exist. In this case, this would mean that the Emerging Markets Institute would have to have been covered as a primary topic in several significant publications, not published by Cornell University or any of its subsidiaries. The fact that the Institute has generated some published content is not the same as the Institute having been the subject of independent coverage. For this reason, the article has been redirected to the article about the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management, of which it is a part. Content has been added there briefly describing the Institute, as appropriate for the overall content of the article, so as not to give undue weight to this one program at the school.
