The guideline on places of birth and death to go ONLY in the main text is WRONG. It should be changed, to follow the traditional usage of ALL encyclopeadias. Please do not take the trouble to make changes that DO NOT BRING ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION to the article, the mere placing is not THAT RELEVANT. Kraxler 17:40, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

tone tag

The account of the cases is written in an inappropriate, non-encyclopedic style. Great for a popular book but not for WP.

I'm afraid MOST of Wikipedia is NOT encyclopaedic, we will have to improve this slowly but steady, but at least there is some information here. In the meanwhile, feel free to edit! Kraxler 01:24, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Copyvio

I have removed two instances of copyright violation (see edit summary). I think the section on Clarence Darrow is a copyvio as well, since it consists entirely of a lengthy quote, not really within "fair use," but since it is at least cited, I've left it for someone else to deal with. 99.234.64.72 (talk) 15:06, 28 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
