sn vs. tn

I copied the sns (source notes) as well as tns (translator notes). I think we should definitely keep the translation notes. I'm a bit iffy on the source notes. The article right now is short and an expositional commentary might be helpful for the reader. On the other hand by having these extended footnotes the article does strike me as picking up Dallas Theological Seminary's (the authors of the NET) POV. Irrelevant information

I think the following information is irrelevant to this topic: As Raymond E. Brown comments, Diotrephes is not a particularly common name. This does not add any weight to the description regarding Diotrephes in the New Testament.
