When I was preparing this article, it has come to my attention that two of its sources ([1] and [2]) feature similar questions with identical answers. It appears LessThan3 published the interview first, but I'm reluctant to assume one simply copied the other. Anyway, the two of them had useful information, so I kept both as sources.
