Stereochemistry

Formula showes one stereoisomer. IUPAC name does't take care of the absolute configuration. Is this ONE (which?) specific enantiomer or a racemate? --93.223.93.46 (talk) 21:05, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Response: As listed, 6aR,12bS is the D1-active diastereomer. As commonly synthesized, the trans-racemate has been used for most publications, but there are current clinical studies for the 6aR,12bS (+) diastereomer called DAR-0100A (DAR-0100 is the racemate).D1Guy (talk) 20:35, 16 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
